Compliance Management Services Policy Review and Development
We analyze your current policies to determine if they are up-to-date. Then we compare your current policy with your de facto procedures. We prepare a written report including recommended revisions to your compliance policy and/or procedures.
Strength and Weakness Evaluations and Self Assessment Programs
More comprehensive than a policy review. The SA reviews the examination manual -point-by-point - and compares your bank's performance with what the regulation requires. The SA looks at available peer and demographic data if appropriate. Then a written analysis is prepared, including an itemized "SWOT" (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) report.
Pre-Exam Assessments
Review the examination "prelim request" and prepare data, reports, narratives for examiner's review
Examination Replies
